Before commencing with research and polls or surveys proper, we found it essential to reach out to experts—those who work closely with children and/or the elderly—for their advice. To this end, we organised a one-day workshop that was attended by seven representatives from different, specialised institutions, including heads of preschools and senior homes, teachers, ergo-therapists, and social workers. Thanks to them, we were able to affirm the validity of our own ideas and motives. Moreover, we have been inspired to continue our efforts and gained several valuable partners to help us in doing just that. Indeed, intergeneration programming is something that unities us all.
